Three Of A Kind: A three-card hand that contains one pair of the same cards and one other card. It beats a pair of jacks or better and a full house, which is a three-card hand that contains two pairs of the same cards and a third card.<\/p>\n
Four Of A Kind: A hand that combines four of the same cards and an unmatched card, such as a wild card. It beats a pair of spades or diamonds and a straight.<\/p>\n
Five Of A Kind: A hand that combines five cards of the same rank, such as a pair of fours or a pair of threes. It beats a straight, a flush and a full house.<\/p>\n
